As I write this my youngest son is in the midst of a double shift at work, my oldest is on vacation in Maine with some family friends and my husband is downstairs playing piano. Everyone is occupied. By the time summer rolls around each year, I get restless. I find myself itching for an adventure or at the very least, a break from the routine. More often then not I wind up white knuckling it until vacation and that’s no way to live.
